Loganathan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ST Logistics, a supply chain services provider focusing on Singapore’s Defence, Government and Healthcare. He took on his role as CEO on 1 April 2019. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ST Logistics, a position he held for 4 years.

Loganathan has been with ST Logistics for 15 years now, during which he headed various businesses. His leadership skills and deep understanding of the industry have seen him through several positions at the company, including General Manager of Healthcare Business, General Manager of Contract and Fulfillment Logistics and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions.

Prior to joining ST Logistics, Loganathan served the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for 25 years before he retired in 2008, where he held various various command and staff positions.

Loganathan has a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts from Nanyang Technological University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program in IMD, Switzerland.

Bing Tan is the Senior Business Consultant at Corsiva Lab Singapore, boasting over seven years of expertise in technology and logistics. His journey began with a Work Study Post Diploma (Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management) at Republic Polytechnic, where he spent four years immersed in logistics and freight forwarding operations. Transitioning to the tech sector, Bing accumulated three years of experience in software product management, technology consulting, and process redesign.

Today, at Corsiva Lab Singapore, Bing offers strategic guidance to clients, leveraging his deep understanding of both industries to drive business growth and success. With a knack for optimizing operational efficiency and a passion for innovation, Bing remains a pivotal figure in steering clients through the complexities of the modern business landscape, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

At SkillsFuture Singapore, Remy and his team is responsible for developing partnerships and galvanising stakeholders to meet Singapore’s skills needs and industry transformation goals. He had helped develop the SkillsFuture Level Up Programme (SGLP), SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP), and Training and Adult Education Industry Transformation Map 2025, and also served as the Regulator and Chief Assessor for Private Education Institutions in his previous portfolios with the agency.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, people development and giving back, he volunteers to serve as mentor to younger officers in SkillsFuture Singapore, and is a career coach with the Public Service Career Coach Network. He also volunteers with special needs and caregiver causes in his own time.

Jocelyn Chng has over 30 years of experience in food manufacturing and food service industries. She began her career at one of her companies - Sin Hwa Dee, which under her leadership grew from a small local business into a global food brand of premix sauces sold in over 40 cities.

With product innovation and quality eating being Sin Hwa Dee’s focus, Chng Kee’s Chicken Rice Mix was the first ever of its kind in the retail market and is made with soy oil instead of chicken fat, making Chicken Rice enjoyable by consumers of varied dietary requirements or restrictions.

In 2001, after much research and development and with resilience, Jocelyn started and led JR Foods in pioneering a wide range of ready-to-eat meals which helps food services and businesses serve up quality meals through JR Central Kitchen services, while reducing costs, increasing revenues, and gaining productivity with less resources. Now, its customers include renowned restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes and many more.

In 2008, under her leadership, JR Foods created Chef-In-Box, the very first hot food vending machine in Singapore. Working to convince and educate stakeholders on the merits of the revolutionary concept was not easy but proved to be successful. Jocelyn, known to be a first-mover and industry innovator, kept innovating and brought the world its first ever fully-automated and unmanned full-suite vending machine cafe, the Chef-In-Box Vendcafé, which was launched in 2016 and garnered much international attention. Since the launch, more than a dozen Vendcafé outlets have opened across the country.

For her achievements through the decades, she has received numerous entrepreneurial, business and innovation awards, including NUS Distinguished Alumni Service Award (2021), EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Asia-Pacific (2018), Great Women of Our Time (Finance & Commerce Sector, 2017), and NUS Eminent Alumni Award (2016).

Keith Tay has 16 years of experience in the fashion industry having launched MGP Label in 2008, designing and manufacturing fashion forward apparel targeting women of all ages and styles. In the last 6 years, the business expanded to include digital marketing services to help SMEs and MNCs with their digital transformation and brand presence. Current clients include Golden Village, Moneymax, Holiday Inn, and Ninjavan. Keith has expanded both businesses region-wide and now have operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

A Work-Study Programme partner of Ngee Ann Polytechnic for more than 5 years, MGP Label has hired several staff through the programme. Keith strongly supports the 50% OJT format as it enables the training to be more customised to the needs of the business.

Avanthiyka Vasu graduated with a Diploma in Restaurant and Culinary Management at Republic Polytechnic. Upon graduation, she enrolled in the Work-Study Post Diploma (Specialist Diploma in Hospitality Business Management) and is currently working at The Ritz-Carlton as part of the Guest Relations team.
